Our Trainers have a wealth of knowledge in many areas of sport, nutrition and wellness. Since its inception Keeping-Fit has carried out Corporate work, Personal Training, Group Training, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy.
During this time, Keeping-Fit has looked after a wide range of both corporate and individual clients that includes State and National athletes, the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Department, National Australia Bank and the Hyatt Regency Adelaide (both hotel guests and gym members).
Our group training caters for a wide range of clients, from athletes seeking extra performance gains to people requiring weight loss, improved fitness, increased strength and flexibility, or even core-specific technique training.
